Barock Project are again in studio for the recording of their forthcoming new album.

Luca Zabbini : " This will be a very progressive rock album . There will be ten new songs , some recorded with a string quartet too , the same string quartet that played with us in Live in Theatre 2007.
I used some electronic sounds , like arpeggiators and some samples too.
I wrote an adaptation of a Bach's concerto for keyboard and strings and i tried to contaminate some tracks with a bit of music of the east europe , like gipsy melodies and rhytms.
Gb has written a song by himself and Giacomo has dealt a lot with the lyrics of the songs .
One of his lyrics talks about the history of his birthplace , Acerra , near Naples and the unhappy situation of this last period.
I have written some lyrics too , one inspired by a Baudelaire's poetry called Don Giovanni to the Hell.
Besides strings , electronic sounds and samples , there will be also the flute , played by my father Onelio à la Ian Anderson.
Obviously a lot of Hammond organ , Moog synthesizers , guitars and powerful drum and bass rhytms.
Altogether , this new album will have a very rock progressive sound and it will be a bit different from the first album Misteriosevoci , where there are more commercial pop songs.
Now we are recording all the bass and guitars parts and we think that it will be all ready for autumn of this year.
We are also filming a dvd about the making of this new cd.
We have a lot of fun recording this new songs and if you liked kind of songs like La Danza Senza Fine , Premonizioni , Eclissi and Premonizioni (in the first album) , you will like this new album."
